Look inside first

Grilles come off, and the supplies, the return and the plenum are opened and checked by eye for dust, lint, hair or damp. What we see is photographed, so the before and after are on record.

Our machine holds the system under negative pressure through HEPA filtration, so dust knocked free is pulled toward the equipment rather than drifting onto your sofa.

Scrub with 360° rotary brushes

Spinning brushes and compressed-air whips travel each run and break up the layer stuck to its walls, the part a vacuum on its own never lifts.

How often should an Aventura apartment’s ducts be cleaned?
The EPA ties duct cleaning to a reason rather than a calendar: visible mold, pests, or dust and debris blowing out of the registers. A musty smell at start-up, pets, allergies or a recent renovation are the reasons we hear most.
How long will the crew be in my unit?
Two Aventura reviews describe visits of about an hour and of almost two hours; the time depends on how many grilles and air handlers there are. A dryer line on its own is a shorter job, usually under an hour.
Is the treatment safe with children and pets at home?
Yes. The treatments are EPA-registered and low-odor, and the loosened dust stays inside our negative-pressure setup. You can use the rooms the moment we leave.
Does someone need to be there?
Yes, an adult over 18 to let the crew in and to go over the before-and-after photographs with the technician at the end.
Why clean a dryer vent at all?
